Apply Hydrolift Crystal Base alone or over moisturizer to hydrate and lift the skin, using fingertips on face, neck, and décolletage area.
Hydrolift Crystal Base can be used as a hydrating lifting primer prior to any make-up of your choice for best hold and sheer perfection.
